The Tripod Learning team work with pupils who are at risk of exclusion. They may or may not have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). We work in partnership with school staff and families to identify and overcome barriers to learning, with the aim of preventing an exclusion.

By working alongside teachers and teaching assistants we aim to enhance existing skills within a school, leaving staff with the confidence and expertise to continue independently. 

One of the most significant and challenging times in life is a pupils' transition to another setting.

Once a new school placement has been selected, the Tripod Learning team will work with both the departing and the receiving schools, along with the pupil, to create and implement a transition plan.
